Statutory Governance & Compliance
Provide strategic leadership to ensure continuous compliance with all applicable Environment, Health, and Safety legislations at central and state levels. Ensure timely procurement, renewal, and maintenance of statutory approvals and licenses from MPPCB, PESO, and Fire Authorities. Oversee timely submission of statutory returns and ensure effective closure of all regulatory observations and conditions.Environmental Management
