**Job Description**
**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail‑oriented **Filler Operator** to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain filler equipment and associated systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Operate filler(s) and associated equipment in line with company standards
+ Perform start‑ups, shut‑downs, and tear‑downs of equipment
+ Set up and operate coding equipment
+ Work safely with chemicals and chemical pumps
+ CIP (clean‑in‑place), sanitize, and sterilize filler(s) and equipment
+ Recognize and troubleshoot non‑standard operations
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on filler(s) and associated equipment
+ Identify and resolve issues in packaging or sanitation processes
