We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Educator to join a supportive and inclusive school based in the WN8 postcode area . This role involves working closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and behavioural challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored educational support to students with special educational needs
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning requirements
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to implement EHCPs
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
• Monitor and report on pupil progress
