The Position

The Educational Technology Solutions Specialist: Innovation is responsible for investigating, designing, testing, piloting, and supporting innovative technology solutions across the organisation’s Educational Technology digital ecosystem. The role is situated within the Learning Innovation and Development team and focuses primarily on the early stages of the solution lifecycle, including emerging technology evaluation, proof‑of‑concept testing, pilot implementation, and recommendations for scaling successful solutions into business‑as‑usual.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, the Solutions Specialist provides advanced technical support, conducts system investigations, performs testing and validation, and contributes to the successful rollout of enhancements and new solutions.
