About the role:

Cire Early Learning Croydon is looking for an inspiring Educational Leader to join our team.

This role is permanent part-time, out of ratio role, 22.8 hours per week. Working days and hours are flexible and will be negotiated with the successful candidate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a positive impact.

Our Croydon service is located in a quiet residential pocket of Croydon and has three rooms with 58 places per day. We are a small service with a strong, well-established team and extensive outdoor spaces.

The Educational Leader will:

• Provide collaborative pedagogical leadership as an important member of Cire Early Learning’s Senior Leadership Team.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, educators and the wider service community.
