Responsibilities:
Respond to student inquiries and provide course guidance
Manage and follow up with prospective leads
Support the enrollment and admissions process
Maintain accurate communication records and follow-ups
Work collaboratively to achieve team goals
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer handling, counseling, or sales support
Ability to manage follow-ups professionally
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
