Educational Assistant - Temporary - Part-time

Foothills School Division is currently seeking Educational Assistants to provide physical, social, emotional, behavioral and learning support to students/children identified with mild, moderate and/or severe needs in a variety of settings within the school environment. Part-time hours follow the school year calendar averaging approximately 26 hours per week. The daily schedule will be determined based on student needs.The successful candidate will have the ability to work with minimal supervision under the direction of the classroom teacher and learning coach. They will provide flexible support to students/children according to their changing needs and to facilitate and encourage independence in all areas of student/child development.
