Our Learning Coach, formerly known as a Teaching Assistant, supports students with special educational needs across the school and works closely with class teachers to help them reach their potential.

Contract

Permanent role, 25 hours per week, term time only (9.00 am – 3.00 pm).

Grade: BGJ‑SP3. Salary: £15,209 per annum inclusive of fringe allowance.

Responsibilities

• Support students with special educational needs in and out of class.
• Collaborate with subject teachers and the SEND team to plan and deliver tailored learning strategies.
• Facilitate small‑group interventions when appropriate.
• Assist with classroom organisation and student behaviour support.
