Overview

The Education Coach supports OIB and nominal roll students and their families by working collaboratively with schools, administrators, community programs, and partners under the Local Education Agreement (LEA). The position ensures that structures, communication pathways, and supports are in place to promote student well‑being, academic success, and family engagement. The role enhances access to information, services, and resources needed for students to succeed in the education system and beyond. This position reports to the Director of Education for the Osoyoos Indian Band.
