Cantiro seeks a Full-Time Investment Analyst in Edmonton, Alberta, to lead financial modeling for diverse real estate projects. You will help optimize investments while analyzing market trends and capital structures.
As part of the finance team, you will report to the Director of Finance and focus on developing proformas and cash flow models. Conduct market research to validate income assumptions, and ensure that the financial department operates with enhanced efficiency. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis with a strong command of Excel.
