The EDM Operator/Setter is responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to manufacture precision tooling and components.
The role supports the production of high-precision parts, tooling, and dies used in our clients manufacturing processes.
The position requires the ability to work from engineering drawings and CAD data to produce components to tight tolerances using both wire EDM and die sink EDM machines.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and operate wire EDM machines to manufacture precision components and tooling.
Set up and operate die sink (spark erosion) EDM machines for complex cavity machining.
