Job Description

Editorial Specialist Job Summary:

Sparks Group is working with a research firm to find an experienced Editorial Specialist to join its editorial team. As an Editorial Specialist, you will work on proposals and client deliverables such as research study reports, manuals, web content, and internal and external communication products.

This is a fully remote, Contract opportunity that would require you to work 40 hours per week, EST hours. While fully remote, you must currently reside in AL, DC, FL, GA, IN, NC, MA, MD, MO, MS, OH, OK, TN, TX or VA. Applicants residing in other states will not be considered.

Editorial Specialist Responsibilities:
Copyediting for accuracy, consistency, and conformity to style and tone across print, web, and multimedia platforms.
Understanding and implementing client style guides for identity guidelines, usage, and formatting.
