Responsibilities

• EDI enhancements and changes: Implement enhancement requests for European EDI messages, clarify detailed business and technical requirements, coordinate required SAP change requests where applicable.
• New partner implementations: Implement new European EDI partner requests, define and validate technical requirements for new message flows, coordinate SAP‑related changes when required.
• Support and troubleshooting: Provide 4th‑level support for complex EDI processing issues, use appropriate ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, collaborate with offshore support teams on complex incidents.
• Development oversight: Coordinate offshore development activities when applicable, review deliverables, unit tests, and quality of implementations, prepare solutions for customer testing.
