About the position
We are looking for a hands-on EDI Business Consultant to join our Business Systems & Processes team. You will support and optimize EDI interfaces, enable system-to-system integration, and work across global SCM processes. You will also manage key B2Binterfaces with customers and suppliers, driving automation and operational excellence. In this role, you act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring smooth SCM operations and connecting business needs with technology solutions.
What you will do
System & EDI Support: Support and lead EDI and system-related projects, including defining business requirements and functional specifications, in collaboration with IT and cross-functional business teams.
B2B Management: Manage and optimize EDI interfaces with customers and suppliers, capturing and translating business requirements for B2B integration.
