As an EDA License Engineer at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our engineering software licenses. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with world-class engineers and contribute to groundbreaking innovations!
What you’ll be doing:
+ Own the day-to-day operation and lifecycle management of FlexLM/FLEXnet EDA license servers in Linux environments, including installs, upgrades, renewals, rereads, and decommissioning.
+ Diagnose and resolve license availability, checkout, and performance issues using tools such as lmstat, debug logs, and operational telemetry.
+ Partner with EDA tool owners, infrastructure teams, and security collaborators to ensure license compliance, access control, and export-restricted usage policies.
+ Improve reliability and observability of license infrastructure through automation, monitoring, and data analysis of license usage and trends.
