ED Tech Position

Are you looking for a team focused and energizing role in an Emergency Room setting? Then St Catherine Hospital's ED Tech position may be what you are looking for! The ED Tech provides basic patient care along with elements of critical care including but not limited to: Phlebotomy, Wound Care, EKG leads, and post molds. The ED Tech practices in accordance with current established standards of care, the Policies and Procedure of the Emergency Department, the Powers Health policies and procedures, and supports the mission and philosophy of Powers Health.

Job Responsibilities

• Processes test requisitions accurately, completely, and in a timely manner per established procedure.
• Labels samples accurately and completely.
• Maintains specimen collection supplies in an orderly condition. Perform inventory function as needed.
