The Education Network Durham are looking for ECT Teachers to register with ourselves. We have long-term jobs for September 2026 already. Working with Education Network is a great way to commence/continue/complete your Early Career Teacher Induction, as we always encourage schools to put you through your induction period when starting any long-term position.
We also have a guaranteed pay scheme we are offering to candidates.
Working on a supply basis is a great way to gain further insight and experience in schools and, ultimately, helps to build your confidence as a teacher and develop those all-important teaching and behaviour strategies. It can also help you to determine which schools are right for you, both as a person and as a newly qualified teacher.
