Responsibilities
:
Provide customer service support to drivers during extended coverage shifts, using available resources and critical thinking to solve escalated issues.Accurate data entry into company computer systems.Escalates and/or resolves problems per guidelines using available tools and resources.Works with team members to solve problems.Provides clear work instructions to drivers. Qualifications:
