Job Knowledge
, Skills and Experience • Masters/MTech in Education or related field 
2 years experience in student support, academic support or ECP teaching
• Understanding of ECP environment and higher education curriculum issues
 Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities Academic Staff development - provide academic staff development and support to academic staff in teaching and curriculum through appropriate training and workshops in consultation with ECP Coordinators in Faculties and other stakeholders at the University
