The Presales Business Manager (PBM) supports the development and implementation of the presale process for public safety solutions. The PBM ensures that assigned tasks are completed on time and in conformance with relevant requirements. Working under the guidance of senior team members, they help identify upcoming opportunities, evaluate requirements, and assist in producing project schedules to ensure the proposed customer solution follows the established strategy.
The PBM provides support throughout the presales solution lifecycle and assists the presale team leader in managing project documentation and coordination. In this role, the PBM is responsible for:
Assisting in the design of end-to-end ecosystem solutions, supporting the integration of technical architecture and service plans.
Supporting RFP and Sole Source projects by coordinating documentation across specialized teams including Engineering, Cyber, and...
