ECommerce Sales Agent

We are looking for an eCommerce Sales agent to manage online customer inquiries, drive personalized sales across digital platforms, and coordinate end-to-end order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:

-Handle luxury sales via WhatsApp, website, Instagram, and other digital channels

-Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders while ensuring an excellent customer experience

-Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery

-Update product listings and manage digital content on the eCommerce platform

-Track orders and maintain accurate client records via ERP
Requirements:

-Prior experience in online sales or high-end customer service.
-Strong communication and follow-up skills

-Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Shopify, and ERP tools

-Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

-Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
