What you do

The Ecommerce Platform Manager oversees the performance, evolution, and optimization of our B2C ecommerce websites across the European region. Acting as the champion for the digital website experience, this role delivers on the product vision to create a best-in-class web journey that exceeds customer expectations and drives business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce Management, the Ecommerce Platform Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth of the regional B2C business. This includes day-to-day ownership of website performance, execution of strategic improvements, and oversight of A/B multivariate testing as well as user research to continually enhance the customer experience.
