Sola Wood Flowers is growing fast, and we need an eCommerce Fulfillment Supervisor on the ground at our Monterrey warehouse to help us keep pace.

This is a hands‑on, floor‑level leadership seat. Your mission: make sure every online order leaves our facility complete, correct, and on schedule, and that the team behind those orders is set up to perform.

Fulfillment is where our brand promise either holds up or breaks down. A late or wrong order isn’t just a logistics blip. It’s a missed wedding, a disappointed bride, a refund request. We’re hiring someone who treats every box that ships like it has their name on it.

We make eco-friendly wooden flowers that look beautiful, last forever, and cost a fraction of fresh blooms. That formula has earned us a place in roughly 1 out of every 16 American weddings each year, and we’re nowhere near done growing.
