Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator who will be connecting difference marketing functions to successfully execute ecommerce campaigns and other ecommerce operational needs.

This driven person will also need to manage relationship with Lazada and Shopee to learn about the latest tools and updates from the platforms. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and will report to Country Director of Malaysia.

Responsibilities of
a Ecommerce Operations Project Coordinator

• Execute checklist of actionable during campaigns
• Work with CRM, creative, marketplace platforms after campaign pricing confirmed
• Create/Improve SKU listings to ensure our customer experiences are the best
• Handle all our website ) banners and freebies updates
• Submit forecast to operation team for them to plan manpower allocation
