Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented e Commerce Merchandiser to take ownership of our online product experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving online sales by ensuring our brands are accurately, beautifully, and optimally represented across all retail channels. Using your eye for data and digital merchandising expertise, you’ll identify trends, close gaps, and continuously improve the shopper experience — all with the goal of growing our online sales and market share.
Key Performance Areas Product Management Stock Management Coordination Customer Service Support Search Engine Optimisation Reporting Product Management Create, manage, and maintain categories and collections on the website. Oversee product recommendations and personalisation tools. Ensure consistency of product SKUs and labels with our ERP systems.
