Our leading retail client is looking for an Onsite eCommerce Marketplace Operations Specialist to join their team. The Marketplace Operations Specialist will manage relationships with third-party sellers on a growing eCommerce platform. In this role, you will drive performance by monitoring seller metrics, resolving operational challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.This will be a 5 month contract + extension and fully on site at the Mississauga office.Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketplace sellers, acting as a trusted operations partner.
Monitor and manage seller performance against key KPIs to ensure high service standards.
Coordinate and conduct regular seller performance reviews.
