Ecommerce Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the company’s overall e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
2. Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace activities to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
3. Communicate actively in Mandarin with principals, suppliers, vendors, and related teams from China to support business operations and brand development.
4. Monitor store performance including sales performance, ads performance, ROI, product performance, and competitor activities.
5. Manage product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, store visuals, and marketplace optimization to maintain competitiveness.
6. Supervise and coordinate e-commerce teams including marketplace operations, customer service, live streaming, and affiliate teams to achieve business targets.
