Key Responsibilities: Product Listing & Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on the ecommerce platform. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels. Manage product categories and optimize product visibility for better sales performance. Order Processing: Monitor and manage online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment. Resolve customer order issues, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.
