Ecommerce Coordinator

Job Description

• Process e-commerce and webstore orders on daily basis in timely manner.
• Participate with e-commerce team for live session.
• Check and update inventory to marketplaces and web stores on daily basis.
• Handle chat answering.
• Assist eCommerce packing on daily basis to ensure item being shipped out correctly on time.
• Team work spirit, work together with team member all the time to achieve targeted result.

Requirement

• Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Words
• Preferably with min 1 year experience in e-commerce. Basic knowledge of Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok seller centre management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
