Role Mandate
Own the analytics charter for marketplaces and quick commerce , driving revenue growth, profitability, and competitive advantage through deep data, structured insights, and scalable analytics frameworks.

1. Core Business Intelligence
- Build a single source of truth for all marketplace & q-commerce metrics
- Track GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS, Contribution Margin, Inventory health
