Role Overview

The ECOM Sales Associate (Interim) supports the daily operations of OSH’s e‑commerce platforms by ensuring accurate order processing, efficient fulfillment coordination, and strong platform performance. The role is responsible for maintaining backend operations, supporting online campaigns, and delivering excellent customer service across all digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Management and Processing: extract, consolidate, and validate orders from all e‑commerce platforms. Ensure completeness and accuracy of order data for processing and fulfillment.

Sales Order Creation: convert online orders into official Sales Orders to support accounting, inventory tracking, and fulfillment workflows.
