The role involves leading ecology projects, managing technical delivery, mentoring junior staff and supporting team growth. Senior / Principal Ecologist Salary & Benefits

Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience and licensing
24 days holiday (plus bank holidays), rising to 30 with long service
