Echo/Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

• Perform 2D, 3D, contrast enhanced, and strain echocardiograph, including M-mode, Doppler and color flow studies, in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.-enhanced, and strain echocardiograph
• Performs vascular ultrasounds - arterial, venous, carotid and visceral vascular exams.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining exams, reviewing clinical history, and positioning patients appropriately.
• Obtain accurate diagnostic images, Doppler waveforms, and measurements following departmental and physician-approved protocols.
• Evaluate anatomy, hemodynamics, and pathology; identify normal and abnormal findings and communicate significant observations to interpreting physicians.
• Document accurate and timely exam findings and complete reports in PACS/RIS and EMR and Studycast systems.
