ECAD Support Engineer

ECAD Support Engineer Location: Cupertino, CA Job ID: #72651 Pay Range: $50-65 ph (W2) Duration: 6 mos Responsibilities:

+ Serve as first point of contact for Cadence ECAD tool issues

+ Support Cadence tools such as OrCAD Capture, Allegro PCB Designer, and related modules

+ Tool launch failures and environment setup

+ License checkout and FlexLM errors

+ Basic schematic and PCB layout “how?to” questions ?

+ Install and configure approved Cadence versions, templates, and user profiles

+ Support basic ECAD data management / vault connectivity

+ Log, track, and update incidents using Jira)

+ Escalate advanced issues (performance, automation, libraries) per defined process ?


Skills Required: Strong knowledge of the Operating systems Windows, Linux and Mac OS. ?


+ Hands on experience with Cadence ECAD tools (OrCAD / Allegro)
