EB Melter - 3rd shift
Sunday-Friday (10:30pm-7:00am)
Grade 3
As an Electron Beam Melter you will be responsible for producing high quality Tantalum ingots in the EB. This position would also have some duties operating Q Plant Equipment as required.
You will have the opportunity to:
Setup and operate the EB, working from Standard Operating Procedures, and instructions on job specific routers.
Operate GCA and AC Furnaces, Eitel Press, and Mold Cleaning equipment as required.
Operate Hydride/Dehydride & Agglomeration Furnaces.
Inspect and maintain molds, melt hardware, and other operating supplies.
Enter material movements in SAP, completes all associated quality control paperwork and lot traceability paperwork to assure product is clearly tested and identified...
