Early Years Teaching Assistant

Contract: Full-time | Duration: Minimum 1 year

Teaching Personnel are excited to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Fleetwood , who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) to join their team from September 2026 .

This is a full-time position supporting within the Early Years setting. The successful candidate will:

• Provide general classroom support across the EYFS provision
• Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, child-centred learning
• Support children’s development through play-based learning and structured activities
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
