Early Years Class Teacher

The Early Years Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children at the preschool level such as toddlers, nursery and kindergarten. Key responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, while ensuring that learning is fun, engaging, and aligned with early childhood education standards. The teacher will create a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere, using a variety of interactive teaching methods to support children’s curiosity and love for learning. Regular assessment of children’s progress, communication with parents, and collaboration with other educators are essential to provide a holistic learning experience.
