Job Description
Purpose of post:
- As an Early Years Apprentice you will be responsible for a number of duties listed below, the ideal candidate will already be qualified to the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner standard.
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery.
- To give support to other team members throughout the nursery.
- To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop.
Key areas:
- Work with and support children, including 1:1.
- Work as part of a team and always be a strong team player.
- To act as a key person, building relationships with individual children and their parents/guardians.
Responsible to: Nursery Manager/Team Leader.
