What We’re Looking For: 
Valid ECE II classification in Manitoba
Current First Aid & CPR Level C

Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check

Completion of Commit to Kids training (or willingness to complete)

Completion of Accessibility for Manitobans Act training (or willingness to complete)

Experience in inclusive, play-based learning environments

Respect and appreciation for Indigenous knowledge, languages, and cultural practices

Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a diverse team

Experience working with children with supportive requirements is an asset

Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children in English; an Indigenous language is an asset
