Drive talent development initiatives as an Early Career Talent Coordinator at Agnico Eagle in Timmins, Ontario. Focus on building talent pipelines and enhancing learning methodologies in the mining sector.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Talent Development, coordinating the Early Career Professional Development Program. You will ensure that learning activities align with corporate values while providing support to program participants and stakeholders. You will also track individual progress and ensure program effectiveness, contributing to the refinement of development content and methodologies.
