WSP is currently initiating a search for an **Early Career Geotechnical Engineer** to support our **Charlotte, NC** location. Be involved in projects with our Earth & Environment Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

**Your Impact**

+ Assist with work plan preparation and coordination of field/site work and laboratory testing
+ Plan, conduct, and implement geotechnical field investigations, including directing drilling and excavation contractors.
+ Monitor and oversee drilling and earthwork construction activities.
+ Prepare geotechnical data reports and construction field reports
+ Prepare geotechnical calculations and conduct modeling, including slope stability, seepage and consolidation analyses
+ Travel to monitor drilling or construction, meet clients, and/or visit sites in support of design and construction for both short-term and long-term fie...
