WSP is seeking an **Early Career Geologist** to join our **Austin, TX SIR team** . This role is ideal for a geoscience professional who will thrive in a **field-based work environment** and is eager to build a career supporting environmental investigation and remediation projects.

This is a field-forward role. Candidates with strong hands-on experience - such as field camp, field-intensive coursework, internships, or field-based research - are strongly preferred.
