Job Title: E-commerce & TikTok Shop Support Assistant
Location: Remote/ Faisalabad onsite
Reports To: TikTok Shop / E-commerce Manager
Role Overview
This is a hands-on assistant role focused on execution and support. You will assist with TikTok Shop creator outreach, manage customer service across TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon, and support order fulfillment and returns.
This role is ideal for someone with prior marketplace customer service experience who is comfortable handling daily tasks, following SOPs, and working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
-TikTok Shop Creator Outreach
-Reach out to potential creators via TikTok Shop Affiliate Center and AI outreach tools
-Follow up with creators daily and maintain consistent communication
-Assist in reviewing and approving creators for Target and Open Collaboration sample requests
