Job Description
- Lead and develop nationwide teams across Key Account, D2C, and SIS functions;
- Provide coaching, performance management, and strong people leadership;
- Build a high-performance, collaborative, and motivated team culture;
- Set and manage monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives;
