E-Commerce Product Specialist with A/B Testing- 1year fixed-term (Remote + Morning Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shopify Management (UX & CX Focus)

● Optimise the The Wine Collective’s website across UX and CX , including navigation, PDPs, PLPs, cart, and checkout flows

● Identify friction points across the customer journey and implement improvements to increase conversion and AOV

● Translate customer behaviour, feedback, and analytics into actionable UX improvements

● Work closely with developers and designers to implement changes quickly and effectively

● Ensure site performance, functionality, and overall experience are aligned with TWC Brand guidelines.

2. Backlog Execution & Prioritisation

● Take ownership of TWC’s optimisation backlog

● Prioritise based on commercial impact (conversion, revenue, AOV) vs effort

● Work with Head of Tech to bring structure and clarity to what gets worked on and why.
