E-commerce Operation Executive

The E-commerce Operation Executive will manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, primarily Shopee and Lazada, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, and inventory, executing promotions, coordinating orders with Warehouse and Sales teams, monitoring platform performance, and handling customer inquiries

Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain the company's existing e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and other third-party marketplaces when necessary
2. Upload, update, and maintain product listings, including pricing, inventory, descriptions, and images
3. Planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities
4. Coordinate online order processing and collaborate closely with the Warehouse and Sales Service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
