E-Commerce Officer

• Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms, including website, marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.), and social commerce channels
• Develop and implement digital strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with operations to prevent stock issues, overselling, or delays
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and platform performance to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective product listings, campaigns, and promotions
