Job Description

Key Responsibilities/ 主要职责
Work out annual online calendar to drive ecommerce business growth with building blocks (Daily sales, Brand Campaigns, NPDs, Key Festival, Regular promotions, etc.)
Accountable for the delivery of sales turnover, GMV, service quality and store profitability.
Manage and guide TP’s operation strategy, plans and execution of store in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service, Pricing and logistic delivery
Responsible for managing the PT for execution and day-to-day management of the store set-up and operations ..
Responsible for the business planning, budget management and control, provide good level of stock and replenishment to Supply Chain.
