Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager – eCommerce
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth
Manage and optimize eCommerce marketing channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, display ads, email marketing, and affiliates
Own performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon)
Analyze customer journeys and funnel performance to improve conversion rates (CRO) and average order value (AOV)
Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events
Monitor and report on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, traffic, and revenue
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, dashboards) to generate insights and inform data-driven decisions
Collaborate with eCommerce, product, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and brand consistency
