E-Commerce Live Operations Lead (TikTok)

About You

We are seeking an experienced TikTok E-Commerce Lead to oversee and scale our nationwide live commerce operations. This role is perfect for someone who can manage teams, optimize workflows, and ensure the highest performance across regions.

Your-day-to-day


+ Responsible for live streaming channel overall performance including sales KPI, channel effectiveness and operations efficiency.

+ Lead and manage end-to-end TikTok live streaming operations across Malaysia.

+ Coordinate with the commercial team on product planning for live streaming sales strategy.

+ Design and implement the team structure, including Live Operations Managers and Hosts.

+ Collaborate closely with Live Operations Managers to monitor regional performance and optimize processes & conversion.
